3 piece instrument comprises 8G x 3 1/2" outer cannula with trocar point and cutting window which can be closed with a turning action of the inner tube, thus catching severed tissue. Inner and outer cannula lock in place with spring secured bayonet catch to keep needle in either open or closed position. Complete with blunt obturator.
